Privacy Policy
TabMap is operated by Prokope Akademy Group Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect
We collect the following when you use TabMap:
- Account data — your name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In
- Project data — sitemaps, page notes, tags, and any content you create inside the product
- Google Analytics access — if you connect a GA4 property, we request read-only access to your analytics data to display it within TabMap. We do not store raw GA4 data on our servers; it is fetched on demand and displayed in your session
- Usage data — logs of actions within the product (page visits, feature use) to operate and improve the service
- Billing data — payment details for paid plans are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the TabMap service
- To display your Google Analytics data within the product
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account events, billing receipts)
- To diagnose errors and improve the product
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Google API limited use
TabMap's use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide features visible within TabMap. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
Revoking Google access does not delete data you have already created inside TabMap (sitemaps, notes, tags). It only disconnects the Analytics integration.
4. Third-party processors
We use the following third-party services to operate TabMap:
- Hostinger — hosting and infrastructure (data stored on Hostinger servers)
- Hostinger email — transactional email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
- Google — authentication (Google Sign-In) and optional GA4 data access
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
GA4 data is not stored on our servers and is not retained after your session ends or after you disconnect the integration.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@tab-map.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You can disconnect Google Analytics access at any time from your account settings.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies necessary to operate the service (authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of TabMap after notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
