Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TabMap, a product operated by Prokope Akademy Group Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.
By creating an account or using TabMap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
TabMap is a web-based tool for building and managing website sitemaps, with optional integration with Google Analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Your account
You sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at info@tab-map.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use TabMap to store or process data that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
3. Google Analytics integration
TabMap offers optional read-only access to your Google Analytics (GA4) data. By connecting a GA4 property, you authorize TabMap to fetch and display that data within the product on your behalf.
You can revoke access at any time from your account settings. Revoking access does not affect data you have already created inside TabMap.
4. Paid plans and billing
Some features of TabMap require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
5. Refunds and service credits
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
If TabMap experiences a service outage of 24 or more consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, affected subscribers on paid plans may request a pro-rata service credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not redeemable for cash. To request a credit, contact info@tab-map.com within 14 days of the incident.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
To delete your account entirely, contact info@tab-map.com. Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create inside TabMap (sitemaps, notes, tags). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose outside of operating TabMap.
8. Intellectual property
TabMap, its design, code, and branding are owned by Prokope Akademy Group Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the product without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
TabMap is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prokope Akademy Group Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TabMap. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify existing users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of TabMap after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TabMap will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
